Biography

I am a realtor who has developed expertise in negotation, marketing and sales on both the local & International arena over the past 30 years. I completed the Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Examination conducted by the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. I have aslo completed the required courses by Coldwell Banker to recieve certification as;

eNegotiation Specialist

A family man active in the community with several non profit organizations such as MS Central Island Chapter, Community Futures, Rotary Club of Lantzville, Chamber of commerce, Probus and as a boating enthusiast take an active role in safe boating with the Nanaimo Power Squadron where I am an instructor and a veteran member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary with over 20 years service in Ontario & BC.

Life experience & community involvement play a role in helping individuals, families & business make their decisions concerning real estate. I endeavor to make all transactions complete and memorable for my clients as I will be here long after this sale has been completed.

Having personnaly accomplished two major relocations with my wife Barbara and our children, I am aware of the frustration, worry and problems that can be encountered in such a move and how to make this a less stressfull, hopefully an enjoyable time.
